Lesson 22: Renewal! And More Resources

Forgive Yourself and Start Fresh
by Mary Hayes Grieco

Lesson 22: Renewal! Do this again whenever you need to.

Self Love is a Way of Life

I hope that the exercises in this course are making you feel palpably lighter, and more connected to yourself and to Life. I hope you are now aware of the profound value of forgiveness, as the healer of our wounds and the bringer of the experience of self love.

There are a few things in life that seem to be part of the curriculum for every human being. One of them is the skillful use of our free will, to create our reality. The other is the practice of forgiveness, which keeps us in the flow of life, and in harmony with ourselves and others. You will need to turn to the practices of forgiving self and others again … and again.  Life is life-y, full of change and loss, and surprising challenges, and none of that is your fault, nor is it personal. It’s just life.

I hope you will know the trust, curiosity, and joy of the willing spiritual student, and that you will keep this course handy for times you could use a “tune-up.” Maybe you’ll want to dip into it again once a year, before New Year’s, or before your next birthday.

If you like my way of teaching, guiding, and storytelling, I have other resources on offer, as books, audio books, private emotional work by phone or zoom, and in-person forgiveness intensives. Let me know how this course helped you  – I’d love to hear from you. If you want me to help you some more, and do some deeper work with me, get in touch and we’ll arrange it. I look forward to meeting you.

Warm regards,

“The course does not aim at teaching

the meaning of love,

for that is beyond what can be taught.

It does aim, however, at removing the blocks

to the awareness of love’s presence,

which is your natural inheritance.”

– from The Course in Miracles
