Lesson 17: Forgiveness experience III Lean in, or Gently Integrate?

Stop now to assess your progress with your growth in this course.

Do you feel better?

What’s different in you than before you began it?

Do you feel primed for another dive into a liberating session of forgiving yourself or another person?

Look over your fearless inventory list and see where you’re led, and jump into another round of this powerful forgiveness thing.

It’s always good to take some time to forgive yourself for falling short of your potential, at some point. Our “potential” is there as an inspirational guiding star, not a whip to berate ourselves with.

If it’s time to relax more deeply now into the shape of your present life, go for it! Forgive yourself for falling short.

Here’s your guided exercise again (13:15)>>

 Or…Not !

Because this kind of self work is intense, maybe you’d rather not do another forgiveness exercise right now.

You can take some time to gently integrate your new attitude and new behaviors for a while.

Let the rest of your inventory rest for now, and enjoy the remainder of this course, which isn’t painful – it’s quite pleasant and nourishing.

When you’re ready to do further “emotional housecleaning” in the future, you can start this course all over again, or use the exercises as needed.

It’s up to you.
