Lesson 12: Your Healthy Personal Space, Within and Without

Today, let’s think about what you’re doing
in this course, in terms of –

“SPACE”

When you do forgiveness,

you are making new space inside you.

New space for the life of the soul,

and for your authentic self-expression.

One of the most common side-effects

of a hearty emotional release

and a session of forgiveness,

is the feeling of new space inside you.

It’s also common to have the experience of a stronger personal space around you, a stronger energy boundary, or aura, in the presence of the people that formerly stressed you out.

It’s almost like you have a resilient, intelligent force field surrounding you that is getting stronger, every time you do the powerful self-healing of forgiving yourself or another person.

Interestingly, people that formerly invaded your space can unconsciously ‘read’ your new boundary, and they test you less and less.

It’s a positive self love maneuver to clear out the physical space around you at a time like this – remove some clutter in our immediate home environment, clean and re-organize a room that was dirty or crowded, get rid of things you’ve outgrown.

Let the inner and the outer intention for healthy personal space work together.
Even in a busy time, it is a self love discipline to make sure one important space is always well cared for, every day – the clean kitchen counter, the tidily made bed, the watered plant, etc. Caring for something in your home with steady dedication reminds you that you care about yourself.

Lastly, it’s a soul-nourishing thing to have one space in your house designated as your sacred space: an altar of sorts, a table or shelf where we mindfully place some beautiful token(s) that remind you of your Higher Self, and that evoke the feeling of both wonder and intentionality in your living.

Today, cultivate healthy SPACE

– within you, and around you.

See how many ways you can enjoy and foster the experience of

healthy space.
